Normally I like a more vigorous yoga routine to start my day but I decided to give this one a try. I LOVED it! My neck and shoulder tension is gone.

I am following the Runners Challenge and this was listed under week 3. Very easy and simply soothing to my mind and body. My shoulders and neck feel loose and relaxed.

I wasn't sure whether I was in the mood for a more active session or a relaxing one today, and feeling indecisive I just chose this one. I'm so happy I did. It isn't particularly active or fast-paced, but it's just so calming that I no longer felt that indecision that I started with. I felt sort of restless before I started the video, and now I just feel calm, relaxed, refreshed, and ready to go on with the rest of my day.
LOVE the music, and the instructor's voice and instructions are wonderful. Thank you so much for this!

I had done some rigorous yoga sessions this week and I was sore in a few spots. I wanted something about 30 mins and more gentle to massage out the soreness. This hit the spot.
The combination of the calm video, the music, the gentle voice, and the poses, all worked wonderfully for me. Please try this video for a end of the week yoga session. Enjoy!
