This class is one of my absolute favourites. I can always trust to get a great stretch out of it and it never gets boring. It's also great to do with friends because it's not too challenging for anyone new to yoga. Another fantastic addition to the site!

After a 6 day bout with a stomach virus, I thought some gentle twisting would help my poor innards. This video was perfect! Beautiful voice, clear instructions. Great way to begin reclaiming my practice.

I love this gentle, calming routine for a day when I don't want something as intense as a Fiji routine. Melissa's calm, gentle prompting makes relaxation easy and natural. Melissa is so graceful, and I love her emphasis on softening as we practice. Also, the music is excellent and different than I've ever heard on a yoga video. Thank you!

When I am in the mood for a gentle, feel good session, this class fills my desire. I love Melissa's detailed way of teaching. I think it would be great for beginners also.

This is so relaxing and enjoyable. I discovered this site about a week ago and I've done this 4 times since then (plus several other videos). I'm hooked :)

What a great class!.. Melissa delivers it with calm and clear instruction. I'm 3 months post pelvic surgery and this was ideal to start stretching and twisting my torso - very therapeutic. Thanks Melissa!
