Trust Transformation
Fire up some of your own internal flames in this intermediate vinyasa flow practice. Fiji begins with a seated kapalabhati breath meditation, followed by a warm up before moving into a combination of challenging postures and transitions. This class finishes with a sweet and relaxing savasana.
This class is Day 6 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

This class is so powerful in movement and in intention. Thank you, Fiji. You always bring such potent energy to the practice. It is palpable through time and space.
I did this practice today as my kids' schools are going remote again and their activities are being canceled. I so appreciate Fiji and the entire crew. Thank you for connecting us and for reminding us that change has always served us.
I did not find this class to be the cardio workout I was looking for. Instead it was pleasant and still. The majority of the last 8 minutes laying down. Maybe true Vinyasa but not very powerful.
