Trust Transformation
Fire up some of your own internal flames in this intermediate vinyasa flow practice. Fiji begins with a seated kapalabhati breath meditation, followed by a warm up before moving into a combination of challenging postures and transitions. This class finishes with a sweet and relaxing savasana.
This class is Day 6 of Fiji's Calm in the Chaos program. Each class is very similar in style and movement, the intention and focus is what sets them apart as a progression.

Okay first, for any skimmers:
---> This may be the most magical choice for a morning flow I've yet experienced (but it's kind of absurd to try to rank any of Fiji's classes at this point. Let's be honest). It hit all the sweetest spots, and whoa what a powerful way to ground & center.
Second: how funny to be moved to tears shortly before moving into kapalabhati breath. If that doesn't start your day off with a laugh - I dare you to reconsider! Also consider a tissue...
This genuinely felt like a culmination of all my favorite poses and places I've ever been in learning with Fiji over the years, even down to her little tidbits that always whisper in my mind every time I hit certain poses ("a little pinch in the kidney & adrenal," anyone? <3 ). I hope everyone gets to experience a yoga class at *least* once where they just blurt out "oh my god I love you." It's such a gift to always feel so strengthened by really, truly feeling like we're on the same team, Fiji. Thank you, forever. :)
This flow feels very fun and fresh. So many wonderful sensations. Love the scenery too, what a cool location for a yoga practice. Of course, the message is much needed as well. Thank you to all at DYWM as always.
