This is the third in the series on our instructors' creative interpretations of the popular sun salutations. Tracy's light energy and smile make this fun vinyasa yoga flow a joy to move through. It's quick, gets your heart rate up and will help you get ready for work or help you recover after a long work day. (Please note: Each sun salutation video is a stand-alone practice. They don't need to be done together.)

This question of what is a "beginner" class is something that we need to work out for ourselves, I am realising. I tried this class about 3 months ago and even though it is short, I didn't complete it (partly due to low fitness but also my attitude wasn't right). I did bookmark it as a good one, though, and came back today. LOVED IT! Great for my attention span, my body enjoyed it, I feel great. It is for beginners who have *some* yoga under their belts and are ready for the challenge, to make the next step... but probably not best for your very first class. Thanks Tracy : )
