This is the third in the series on our instructors' creative interpretations of the popular sun salutations. Tracy's light energy and smile make this fun vinyasa yoga flow a joy to move through. It's quick, gets your heart rate up and will help you get ready for work or help you recover after a long work day. (Please note: Each sun salutation video is a stand-alone practice. They don't need to be done together.)

Equipment: None
Style: Vinyasa/Power Yoga

Thank you Tracey, despite its short length, because of the pace and flow of this practice and feel looser and energized. I often combine this with other sessions.

Great yoga workout. I am a beginner so this seemed a bit fast paced for me, but it helped me break a sweat and make me feel stretched out and energized.

I love this in the morning. It's a fast way to get warmed up and stretched out!! Great teacher. Nice flow.

I loved this class - my son even made it through the first half (quietly breathing and moving beside me, be still my heart). Loved this class, definitely great for someone getting back into it (me!), a beautiful start to the day... thank you.

How can I get sun salutations I and II? loved this one, would love to see the others.

Hi Brina - Just enter "sun salutations" in the search bar on the home page (right sidebar) and all three sun salutation vids should come up in the results. Easier than searching through the catalogue.

I really enjoyed this series! It was just what I needed when I didn't have enough energy for a full class but wanted to get moving. My only issue was that it moved a bit too fast, so I felt that sometimes I wanted to have an extra couple seconds to breath and check my alignment. At the end I went at my own pace, but it was still very relaxing to listen to Tracey's voice, and I feel great!

This was my first video with doyogawithme and I really enjoyed it. Feeling full of energy - now I'm going for a swim. Thanks Tracey.
