Absolutely wonderful and uniqe practice! I am 59 years old (a yoga practitioner since 17 years) and find this set extremely beneficial for releasing my neck, shoulders and hips. I wish there where more flowing sets like this since on DYWM since I am less and less drawn to static movements with long holds. Thanks Andrea!!
