An invigorating and playful practice for the intermediate-advanced student geared toward helping awaken, and find clarity and energy early in the day (or when you need a burst!) This practice will include twists, hip openers, back bends, and inversions.

That was awesome…I appreciated Tara’s emphasis on the phases of a pose and it motivated me to try and see the goodness in achieving a small improvement with each pose even when very difficult. A great one; the time flies by.
