An invigorating and playful practice for the intermediate-advanced student geared toward helping awaken, and find clarity and energy early in the day (or when you need a burst!) This practice will include twists, hip openers, back bends, and inversions.

A total delight and as much challenge as you are up for. I modified ALOT and thoroughly enjoyed watching Tara’s beautifully graceful transition between camel and full wheel.

I'm not going to give a rating as I am not an advanced yogi, and didn't even feel like I'd be an Intermediate 111 based on this class.
I powered/stumbled through as am stubborn, but not for me at this time!
I will go try a lower level class of Tara's as I enjoyed her style, or at least I think I will at a lower level :-)
