Absolutely adore this class! I’ve had a bit of a sore lower back lately from gardening and this class with all its undulations and waves was just delicious! Great hip openers too and a fantastic unique flow. Felt amazing after this, another incredible class from this incredible teacher. Namaste Andrea
First time with this instructor. Best hip opening stretches I have done. Her flow is very different which makes it more fun, added to my bookmark for sure. Thank you!
I love that Andrea introduces movements in her classes that I have never done elsewhere. I found the transitions in this class a little, "jagged" (for lack of a better word), even though the movements themselves were nice and flowy.
I absolutely loved the flowy jumpyness of the flow. It felt light hearted but concentrated.
