wow, my legs are shaking, thanks for such an intense class, loved the lack of vinyasas though i was not warmed up for that first standing sequence. please more advanced content, only suggestions is sometimes wasn't clear if Julia was mirroring us or now and need to know which side (left/right) needed to move to get into poses
