Ya wow. Beautifully crafted. Different. Flowing. I love all your classes here so much and this one really sets the bar for creative inspiration. I love this class! Fluid practice with great hip stretches and a bit of shoulder opening too. Yum!
I would love to see a full length class of this style from Andrea with even more hip and heart opening :D
