So refreshing! Gentle but technical. Sequences were so helpful and moving slowing made me have to focus more on correct form and alignment. I loved your variations of the side twists. I have a cranky neck and shoulder and I wasn’t guarding while doing these. So much better for my injuries. After a long work week this was a perfect Friday eve. class. Oh.. it was also the first time I did Bumblebee! Fun! Sensations indeed. Thank you Julia! Will keep this class on my list.
