I love this class! Fluid practice with great hip stretches and a bit of shoulder opening too. Yum!
I would love to see a full length class of this style from Andrea with even more hip and heart opening :D
I'd been missing a good stretch in my hips and shoulders and this class definitely delivered, especially with that shoulder stretch in goddess. Quick but really complete and dynamic. Probably will be coming back to it.

Unique hip openers in this one. Helps loosen tight shoulders too. I have to agree with an earlier post (Sonia) - some spots in the first 5 minutes felt rushed to me, but
the rest was great. Thank you.
