I often use the image of floating along in a boat in my life through any difficulty. This time it was in the middle of a day off from work because I've been sick with bronchitis. I felt like I'd started to turn the corner and watched this class. The shavasana felt like it was written especially for me. Thank you. I will return to this one again for sure!
Hey David,
Thank you for that great class. I really enjoyed the music combined with you calming voice.
Could you let me know what this song is called? Would love to listen to it more often...
Thanks and namste!
Chris
The most amazing part of this video is the final relaxation phase. The first time I did this video, I felt on the verge of lucid dreaming during this beautiful savasana. The second time was quite different and much more emotional as I felt tears rolling down my face. I'm so happy that I found this video and I'm looking forward to doing it again. I wish I could find more videos with such wonderful and inspiring guidance during savasana. It would be a great release and a great exercise for the mind especially at the end of sessions that are intensive and challenging for the body. Please do more of this! I'm so grateful for your free yoga videos and I've become addicted to this site in the past weeks. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
That was absolutely lovely. Thank you so much for providing such beautiful and quality free yoga.
