David you have a gift; you are truly amazing. I am so grateful I stumbled on this site. This was my second session today, the first more intense. This sesh created inner stillness and awareness like Ive never experienced. Completely moving. Rejuvenating. Plan to make more mat time for this one. Namaste.
I thought that this video was excellent, especially at the end with the relaxation (although it was a little interrupted by my noisy cat and the phone ringing). I found the wall poses to be a bit challenging though because I don't have enough wall space in my room, but that's just my fault ;).
Great great yoga class. Just like something I would pay an exorbitant amount of money for in a yoga studio.
I just did this class. It is my 2nd time using your website. I chose this class because I ran a tough 10K trail race yesterday and felt that my body needed to relax by doing something that wasn't too harsh on my joints. Since I like yoga, I decided to go with this and it was wonderful. The instructor is great! I am a beginner at this, but he explained all the movements so carefully that anybody can follow without even looking at the screen. And the feeling of relaxation is exactly what my achy body needed.
