I have to agree with others about the music. I like your meditation guidance but the music volume is distracting. Also i feel like I need to invest in a bolster because the blankets on my breasts was really uncomfortable. Couldn't find a spot where it wasn't painful so it took away from most of the class.
Thank you David for this wonderful class! At the final relaxation partI started crying during you guidance!
I'm grateful I discovered this gem of a class!!!
I really like the poses in this yoga class the voice beautifull calm and good instruction. But I switch it off when I came to savasana because of the music. Why do you call it stillness? I really don't understand.
This is a great website! i learned about it at a recent retreat on Salt Spring Island. I just finished the Stillness and Stretch class and loved it however - I only had audio, not video. The cue-ing was great so I could follow along but it would be nice to see the layout for the bolsters for the forward bend. Can someone looking this? THANK YOU so much for creating this - living in rural areas its hard to get to a class, but this is perfect! Yoga ANYTIME and any class that suits my need:)
