I am so thankful that you have shared this practice. You are very generous to do so, and your metta is received with gratitude. On a funny note, my dog was snoring along as I enjoyed this class. Clearly the relaxation was communicated well!
Thank you very much. This was one of the most amazing shortish relaxation/meditation classes I have done - easy to follow, great pace, just wonderful and has really helped me in the midst of a few difficult periods of late. Thank you so much for this site and your teachings.
I usually struggle and don't quite get positioned right on up the wall poses, but the tip of sitting on the blanket really helped and I got positioned right up close to the wall. I even amazed myself! It was great and it was probably the best shavasana I have ever had! These classes are amazing. I have even signed up for the beginner to intermediate program and I will be starting week 3 on that tomorrow. I look forward to doing yoga almost every day now and I am noticing some positive changes in my body and it is all thanks to these wonderful videos and teachers, thank you so much!
lovely and restorative. thank you.
