I really did not like this class. I just finished it and I'm wondering if I should just do another class because I don't feel any different. The music was too loud, as some of you already pointed out, but I also could not get into the wall position. Some of the positions I could not do because there wasn't enough wall, and I did not know before hand that I should make room for this.
My biggest problem with the class is that we are told that we need a bolster or a stack of blankets and that we need a strap. Half way through we find out we need several stacks of blankets, several pillows and a strap. So half way through I started searching through my room in need of more pillows and blankets. This was not relaxing at all.
Amazing!! I didn't feel like doing yoga but felt really bad at work - now I feel sooooo much better and can finish the day
Love love love this ❤️
Thanks so much for this, it is perfect. Just what I needed after a week filled with vigorous exercise. I will be returning to this many times.
