I did this class when I came down with a virus and it helped me bounce back the next day with plenty of energy. Now I do it whenever I need to recover from physical or emotional stress. Usually I fall asleep before the tape ends and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. Thank you so much!

Like the previous commenter, I'm just recovering from a 12 day stint of the flu. I wanted to get back into yoga, but not any 'inversion' stuff or rigorous stretching. This one was just the shot! Very gentle, relaxing and detailed instructions throughout. I'm hoping it gets my swollen lymph system moving again. Thanks very much David.
