I can't help but feel the love. Now and forever. Peace.
Thanks David for this great class, everything in the class description is true: gentle stretching and a lot of relaxation. I was already tired when I started the class but actually felt more energized during the first half of it against the wall (fearing I wouldn't fall asleep that easy after all), but the part on the floor really relaxed me, and in the end, I litterally let go through stillness, translate: fell asleep at the end of the relaxation part, on the floor, to wake up two hours later and finish the night into bed ! ^^
I have been doing this class now every night for a week. This is my first foray into yoga and I have to say I absolutely love it. Not only does it make me feel super relaxed and centred but it stretches out all my previously extremely tight muscles and is increasing my flexibility gently. It's also great to do after an exercise class as it relaxes your muscles and you don't hurt the day after as much. I love listening to the meditations as well and can not believe how much better I feel since starting this. I am a true convert and tell everyone about the site.
Keep up the great work David and thank you for helping me restored balance, perspective and focus in my life.
This entire session was wonderful, and I particularly loved the relaxation portion. I finished with a big smile! Thank you for sharing!
