Great class. Definitely relaxing and great for before bed.
David, it would be helpful to know all of the items needed for this session. The extra blankets, pillows, etc. before getting into the session. Thanks!

This was wonderful session - very clear and easy to follow instructions meant I could listen without watching. I am going to do this one regularly to help ease some of the stress that crops up now and again. Thank you!

On the legs up the wall pose with my one ankle resting on the opposite thigh, I feel like I could get the knee closer to the wall, but my arms are short and they are already as straight as they will reach. Is there any way to deepen this stretch?

Hi there.

That's a great question. Instead of using your hand, you can simply use your leg muscles to move the knee closer to the wall.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Take care,
