Morning Hatha Yoga
This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

Thank you for the excellent spoken instructions in this class. I use a small iPad with a speaker and depend on a teacher’s verbal guidance for my practices. Even though I preview a class, I still find the spoken instructions are important.
I appreciate the outdoor beach setting for this class. Because of Covid-19, I wasn’t able to find any outdoor yoga classes in my area this summer. Thank you for taking the time and effort to film outdoors.
Good class but will have to start watching without sound because you sometimes talk too much.
