I am just finding my way back into yoga (not that I have had loads of experience) and his was a fantastic class, with a great pace .. not too fast, not too slow and good explanation of movements .. thanks heaps!

Just getting into yoga and really enjoyed this video. It was a good pace and not too overwhelming for someone with little yoga experience. I feel great afterwards!

After a previous day of sitting in a car for 12-hours, I woke up to this class the next morning and it opened me right up, My hips feel great, my back loose and my neck mobile. Great, quick, effective morning class. My ONLY critique is there was a bit too many words/instruction. I understand we're being coached as beginners but at times it was hard to concentrate on my breathing and settling into a pose because of the constant instruction. Overall a great class.

Hi! Try some of my newer videos on the site. I'm always refining my teaching and trying to work on talking less. Let me know what you think!

Hi Melissa, I just did this class and I didn’t think you talked too much. I welcome the guidance. I especially enjoy when you make the poses creative and add different movements. Keep up the good work. I look forward to your new classes. Namaste

It's tricky with teaching online and finding the balance between talk and silence. Because I can't see what you are doing I want to give all the guidance I can and hit all the cues. But I also want to respect the quietness of the practice. Happy you enjoyed it, Nyamyj!

Thank you for the class! I have given up on yoga after 15 years practicing. I am happy to feel my body again. I take these beginner classes until I get back into shape and find the confidence I've lost!
