This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

Work is super stressful right now, so this Sunday morning, I needed a nice, slower-paced morning class. Lovely stretches and definitely an element of energy to it!

Melissa, I love our morning practice :) Your gentle tone yet firm encouragement to explore without judgement is such a welcoming space and I enjoy coming into it exactly as I am, knowing that however I come out there will be a little more space in my body and always a smile of gratitude at the end.
