This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

This was my first yoga practice since having surgery almost six month ago. It was a perfect amount of challenge and a wonderful reintroduction to my practice. Feeling very grateful! :)

I bought this video about a year ago, but recently my computer crashed and now the downloaded video is gone along with all my other files. How do I get the video again? I can't find anything in my orders?
Thanks!

I have not done yoga or anything involving flexibility in a long time. It felt great to get back into it. Thank you! :)

Wow, this is the best one yet! I love the ocean sounds, and the flow between poses is very smooth. I feel absolutely wonderful, and ready for my busy day.

I've wanted to get my 19-year old son into yoga for awhile and this video was an excellent introduction for him. Excellent for me too, as I hadn't practiced or done much else in terms of flexibility, for some time. I really felt the stretches.
