This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

It's tricky with teaching online and finding the balance between talk and silence. Because I can't see what you are doing I want to give all the guidance I can and hit all the cues. But I also want to respect the quietness of the practice. Happy you enjoyed it, Nyamyj!

Thank you for the class! I have given up on yoga after 15 years practicing. I am happy to feel my body again. I take these beginner classes until I get back into shape and find the confidence I've lost!

I much appreciate Melissa's concise simple directions. Nice transitions moving from pose to next pose. Just the right energy in her voice which includes knowledge and encouragement. Like the class and teacher very much!!!

I've just been doing yoga for about 2 months, but it is so fun to see improvement in what I can do. Today, I added a side plank to my "can do" list. Thanks Melissa for your amazing and encouraging spirit!
