This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

Usually I frequent either Tara Stiles or Fitness Blender for my morning routines; today I searched for new material and found DoYogaWithMe.
This is the first class I’ve tried and I greatly appreciate Melissa Krieger making her video freely available.
I’m looking forward to trying a new class tomorrow and further exploring the website.

You're an excellent instructor. Pleasant voice, unequivocal and rhythmic in your instruction, fun tid-bits of information at the right times. Do you have an Intermediate video close to this one but with less vocal instruction?

Hi! Two years late but I don't go through the comments that often. You might check out some of my newer videos with DYWM - specifically my Deep Hip Opening Flow one. It's a tougher flow with (hopefully) less talk. I'm constantly trying to figure out how to talk less! Let me know what you think!

I agree with the other comments - great way to get back into yoga after a 2 year break. Reminds me of why I enjoyed yoga so much!

I am just finding my way back into yoga (not that I have had loads of experience) and his was a fantastic class, with a great pace .. not too fast, not too slow and good explanation of movements .. thanks heaps!
