Morning Hatha Yoga
This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

Thank you Melissa. I didn't realize just how many stretches I already knew and have come across in some or other exercise class in my life. Not as daunting as I expected. Also thanks for reminding me to breathe. Strange how we don't do that properly. Will be doing your class again and again :-)
