Morning Hatha Yoga
This beginner hatha yoga class is a nice way to wake up and start your day, if you only have half an hour to spare. Melissa goes at a nice pace, spending enough time in poses to create a good release, and emphasizing alignment and breath. You will love the way you feel after doing this class!

This is a great "I don't want to get out of bed so I'll take it easy" kind of yoga video. It's great for slowly stretching out the body. She takes a nice pace and allows time to personalize the practice. This includes adding more advanced stretches or taking it slow. This was great for me because I recently hurt my leg and needed to take it slow. I will return again and again to improve my strength with this video for a good morning wake up! Namaste!
I will probably be doing this practice every morning. I feel powerful and strong.
