"Whether you know it or not, you are imprinting the sensation of stability in your body... this becomes grounded and ingrained, a part of who you are." YES! The pace of this class allows us, the student, to focus completely in sensing and feeling one's body alignment. Great class!

Thanks David for the great class!
Since I stopped doing yoga for a while now, this class was a great reminder of how to hold the poses properly.
I already feel the difference in my body as well as my mood. I feel happier and more energized.
I am looking forward to the class tomorrow.
