As I have not practiced yoga consistently in the last year and a half, these beginner videos are just what I need. I had no idea how weak my body had become and the standing video helped me identify areas that I need to focus on.

The care you take David to help us do the postures correctly is great. Your instructions are clear and precise. I loved the warrior poses and mountain pose today. They never felt so good, now I'm doing them properly. I've switched to this challenge from the senior challenge. Now I feel like I'm doing something.

I have actually done yoga classes 1-2 times a week in the past but have not done a regular practise for awhile. This is perfect to start with correct alignment, makes the practise more challenging and safer at the same time.

Great class. I learned that my legs haven't been spread far enough apart on warrior ll. I will be bringing my strap with me on future classes to check my alignment. I always learn so much from David.
