very informative. Again, a great introduction to basic poses, specifically detailing how you should be maintaining the alignment throughout. David puts a lot of effort into describing how each pose should be held, and makes the poses themselves filled with more effort and work, which I like, because I feel like often these principles are brushed over or assumed knowledge.
