It definitely adds another layer to the practice to do the poses mindfully with awareness to the alignment. It was challenging but worth it.
I'm enjoying the sequence of these videos on this challenge. My body has felt challenged a little more every day, my sleep has been AMAZING, and I was ready for this class today. Great instruction and a good intro (or if you've been practicing for some time, reintroduction) to hatha flow yoga. Thank you! Looking forward to tomorrow.
