This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. Fun and energizing class. The verbal instructions are so good that I don't need to look at the screen, thank you. This helps me focus and hold my poses steadier.
