I Heart Backbends - Shorter Class

This fun power yoga flow class is full of heart opening and back bending, with lots of time spent on releasing the quadriceps, hip-flexors, internal hip rotators and strengthening the shoulders and core in poses like side plank. This is a slightly shorter version of Crista's full class, for those who are short on time.

probably one of my favorites, crista does such a good job of challenging the entire body even while focusing on one pose. appreciate the advanced variations on traditional and common poses.

Beautiful!!!! And so fun! This will be another one of my favorites. Crista's energy is contagious :) I found myself smiling throughout the practice even during the challenging poses. That's the way yoga is supposed to be! I feel open and rinsed and happy!
