Thank you Tara for this great practice! I’ve recently realized I have weak muscles due to hyper-mobility. I have regularly been doing yoga, but have been sitting in my joints and not using my muscles. This class was at the right pace for me to be aware of what I was doing and to practice what I have learned.

I loved this back class...I've been working out hard like crossfit, bodypump, etc, I really needed a soft come back. Your voice is very soft and you look so nice, thank you for this class.
