This is the best introduction to Tai-Chi that I have seen. I have done a few intro classes, and they never explain the movements in such detail. I also really appreciate the practical aspect demonstration. I hope that you will continue to build on this introduction. It is wonderful!

Absolutely LOVED this class! Thank you, Gabriel! And welcome! I have wanted to add Tai-Chi into my practice for so long and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to start with this class. I also thought the pace was perfect for staying very present through the descriptions and really feeling the reward of letting go of muscle tension! I hope to enjoy many more of your classes in the future!

More please! I could feel a difference in my body as I completed part one. I’m moving on to the next two parts and hope to find additional sessions with more variations on Tai Chi. I think these compliment my yoga practice.

I have always wanted to try Tai-Chi and this was an accessible, enjoyable start! Gabriel explained the movements in a clear way and his continual reminders to relax, not grip, and allow freedom of movement helped me understand a bit about the principles involved in Tai-Chi. Looking forward to the next video! Is there a way to favorite/save this video to my collection?

Hi there. So happy to hear you're enjoying the new program! You can save individual classes by clicking on the 'Save' button underneath the video player (ex: https://www.doyogawithme.com/content/intro-tai-chi) or you can find the program and your progress saved within the Collections area of your Practice Studio. To get there, please click on the user icon in the top right-hand corner of the site, then click on the 'Collections' tab. It should appear under Official Challenges & Programs. I hope this helps!
