Great flow, great challenging poses (I'm 25 and active)! Although I am Deaf and did not understand your instruction, your facial expressions make me feel calm and drawn to your instruction. Thank you for sharing! I feel a release of tension and at the same time, there's build-up that needs to be released. All those traumas and neglect to treating those traumas are being brought to surface... Will do it again several times!

An injury left me with (seems like) every tendon, ligament and muscle shortened. This class has resulted in more range of motion than physical therapy. Very well taught, clear directions; I was able to fully participate the first time (versus constantly looking up to see what the instructor means). Thank you!

Hello! I'm so glad that class felt good! It's amazing how the body is capable of changing...I had a chronic hamstring injury for years and it's begun to heal now that I'm moving in a different way.
