Heavenly Hips
If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

Great flow, great challenging poses (I'm 25 and active)! Although I am Deaf and did not understand your instruction, your facial expressions make me feel calm and drawn to your instruction. Thank you for sharing! I feel a release of tension and at the same time, there's build-up that needs to be released. All those traumas and neglect to treating those traumas are being brought to surface... Will do it again several times!
An injury left me with (seems like) every tendon, ligament and muscle shortened. This class has resulted in more range of motion than physical therapy. Very well taught, clear directions; I was able to fully participate the first time (versus constantly looking up to see what the instructor means). Thank you!
I loved this class. Getting ack into yoga after having a baby and this was exactly what I needed. Great teacher!
