Heavenly Hips
If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

This is a really good video however I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because it's for hip openers and all of these poses are for people who already have open hips. Mine are quite tight so a good 30% of the poses here I can't get into any variation of. I wish there were more hip opening classes that catered to people with hips that need to be opened and not just people with hips that need a stretch. I keep coming back to this video because the stretches I can do are really helpful but I also know which parts I have to fast forward through.
I started off thinking this practice was too challenging for me, but as with all things Rachel, it turned out to be exactly the challenge I needed. Thank you so much!
