Heavenly Hips
If you want more flexibility around your pelvis, you couldn't find a better class. In 60 minutes you will improve the range of motion in your hips, groin, hip flexors, hamstrings and back. Rachel teaches yoga teachers for a living, which is evident in her style and clarity. She's an incredible instructor to watch, and learning from her is a unique experience.

I loved this class so much. I kept seeing the thumbnail and thinking about giving it a shot and I'm glad I did today. It was liberating and challenging, and there are a couple poses I can't quite get fully into as of yet which is only inspiring more devout practice. What an amazing combination of stretches. Whew.
This is my first time practicing at home and I was worried I wouldnt get as much of a sweat going but I SURE did. The arm balance was so hard in exactly the right way - very inspiring! I am recommitted to devoting some energy to strengthening my lower core. Loved it.
