One of the best classes I've done - ever! Felt shorter than 1 hour 8 minutes because I was having fun. Found subtle ways to make space in my hips during asana that aren't strictly "hip openers." Rachel, your instruction is amazing. I discovered new alignments in familiar asanas. Bookmarked and will definitely return to this practice!!
