What a wonderful class! Rachel's instructions are clear and helpful, it's fast-paced, and she offers lots of variations on each pose. As someone whose practice lies somewhere between "challenging beginner" and "intermediate", I sometimes struggle to find the right classes for me, but this is one I'll definitely come back to.
