really interesting sequence, i enjoyed it. a bit slow for me in moving from one pose to another, so i would call this a beginner flow, not intermediate.

This class used familiar poses but by bringing attention to the feet, I was able to approach them in new ways. The practice led into balance poses that I usually struggle with, but which I found easier than usual to do. I've bookmarked this one and plan to do it again!
