Doing this practice a second time in the ongoing inter. program was a good idea. It can be very technical and it is good to see it twice or maybe even again.

I learned so much about how to use my feet in this practice. The tip you gave us to press down into our front heal when we are in warrior 1 is very helpful, it is not a tip I have heard before. Does this help us keep our foot over our ankle in warrior poses?

Over the past 2 years of doing yoga, my feet are so strong now. I use to have to wear shoes around the house to support my feet, but now I just wear socks. Regular pedicures help too. ...

As usual with Rachel, this is an outstanding practice. I have high arched feet, and I experience pain when I sit for a while on my heels with flex feet. Stretching my toes is painful, but the next day after this practice, my pain was gone. It came back the day after, though. This class is perfect for stretching the toes safely.
