This video has shown me how important my feet are. Rachel even inspired me to spend more time barefoot. Getting in touch with my feet is helping improve my balance. I also learned how inflexible my toes on my left foot are compared to my right! I try to practice with this video at least once a week. Great cuing. Soothing voice. Fabulous practice.
