This class feels harsh at times but every moment was worth the effort. I had more success than usual with the standing balance poses. I've always loved these poses and have been very challenged in keeping balance in the past year. I believe this is just what I needed. Thank you

Thank you very much for this class! Rachel makes you aware of your feet and, from there, you work balance, strength and flexibility. Her explanations are clear and complete, with very useful cues. It is not an easy class, but it is worth doing it even if you can't do some of the poses/movements. Namaste!

Fabulous class!! I tend to be an anxious fidgety person— so balance poses and shavasena are very challenging for me. In this class, I was able to hold balance poses stronger and with more confidence (thanks to focusing on my feet) than ever before! Gracias!
