Love this focusing sequence. Agree with SMarie that this enhanced and made my warrior 2 much stronger. Makes complete sense to use the strongest part of the foot (the heel) for a strength pose. Many thanks, Rachel.
I really enjoyed this practice. As someone who views herself as somewhere in-between beginner and intermediate, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was guided through the balance poses and achieved more than I thought I was capable of! Thank you Rachel
