I am a "newer" yoga teacher and I will be using some of Melissa's style for a morning class I will be teaching.
It is intentional, thorough, and easy going. You will really enjoy this when you do not need a power practice.

This is one of my / our go to Favorite classes for a well balanced and paced flow class! For months now, 3 of us meet on the mat at 7:30 virtually to do yoga and have done several challenges including your challenge as well. This class has always been a real favorite!
