This flowing, hatha yoga class takes a full-body approach and spends a lot of time on the hips, legs and spine. Melissa's pacing will help your mind settle and the lengthy savasana at the end will help you relax and absorb all of the benefits of this wonderful yoga class.

Great intermediate class! I enjoy all your classes. But as baby bear said, «  this one was just right ».

Thanks again Melissa. I'm doing this 7-day beginner/intermediate challenge which is just right for me now as I have recovered from my injury. Hope you are doing well. It's almost over.....

I love Melissa! So down to earth, gentle, calming and forgiving. I love how she has a “if you can’t quite do that then do this” approach in all her classes. I’m in my 50s & a bit arthritic so her gentle pace really feels great.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was such a wonderful class, thank you! Can you tell me during the “intense” pose where the leg is outstretched and we twist what exactly we are stretching please? Is that IT band or something else?
