Love all your classes... they help me to get back into yoga after my itinerant life settles down every few months.
Just wish there was a free class from you for 50+ mins that includes some more twists & floor work... bit disruptive to have to cobble together from the free range of shorter classes on offer.

I love all of Melissa’s classes. Her cues are gentle but guiding, her flow is perfect for me, and her voice is soothing. I just completed this class for the first time and it was perfect for getting the “cricks and cranks” out of my body after being on vacation for a week. I will definitely be doing this class frequently!
