I really like Araba’s teaching style. Easy to follow along with and the cue that thoughts coming in are natural, just accept it and then bring your thoughts to your breath is great. Not the first time I’ve heard that but I really like the way Araba said it. The cueing for the forward folding was also great. Got into my lower back more than usual. Thanks Araba!

So, I wouldn't normally choose a beginner class (ego much?!), but so satisfying for shoulders and back. Poses I've done many times, but it felt like the first time and I felt great release from tension. Thank you!
